The brief was to leverage Crime and Investigation Channel’s (CI) commitment to pursuing truth, with powerful, motivating communication – positioning CI as the true home of crime and investigation programming.
Our solution? The truth is worth pursuing yet there are two sides to every story. While the VO builds towards the intersection of good and evil, the crossover of crime and investigation; the pursuit of truth is represented by a singular red line that runs throughout. The images are suggestive of criminal activities, scenes and investigations, but never cliché or forced.
Why do you deserve to win?
This campaign was extremely well received both on A+E Network UK’s website and on social media as a whole. As the hero feature of a 360º campaign, it interacted seamlessly with the channel’s content and the channel redesign.
I directed and edited the promos, and was the lead creative overseeing the art direction for the campaign.
