The brief was to create an impactfull retail concept for Asics Lite-Show (an apparel and shoe collection with reflective elements for the autumn/winter season).
Originally the budget was only for a much smaller wholesale realization, but the concept convinced the client to produce on a much bigger scale and even for their flagship store.
The concept is based on elements from the mood board of the campaign movie: the eyes, the pixel splash and the city lights.
For the window, illuminated 3D eyes were built infront of a city light back drop, combined with a reflective vinyl sticker, and a call to action to take pictures!
For the landing zones the illuminated 3D eyes were combined with a layer of pixel splash graphic infront of the city lights image.
Floor and furniture was covered in mirror glass, for extra visibility.
My role was creating the concept and the graphics.

Why do you deserve to win?
It was really great to work closely with a 3D designer, and to see the concept come to live. Also, to create something impactfull with a limited budget.
This project was very successful, as Asics chose to display it in their flasgship store window, even though it was originally planned to be much smaller.
This project shows very clear, that by combining design diciplines extraordinary work can be done.
